Domiciliary Care

Domiciliary care is also known as hourly care because it's care service that is administered in small chunks. Our service starts from 30 minutes per care visit and can be extended to suite your care needs.

The services are tailored to each individual and are common practice during periods of rehabilitation, convalescence and recuperation. We provide a wide range of Domiciliary Care services to support individuals in their own homes and these includes…

Live-in Care

Live-in care means having a fully trained carer living with you in your own home. Edencare Plus has fully trained carers to support you with your specific needs to live independently in the comfort of your own home.

We can help with various tasks including day-to-day housekeeping and round the clock care tasks including;

  • Preparation of meals and cleaning
  • Personal care needs
  • Support with medication needs
  • Companionship support
  • Specialist care needs

Palliative & End of Life Care

Edencare Plus’s palliative care service is aimed at optimising the quality of life for people with serious, complex, and often terminal illnesses. We work alongside a multi-disciplinary team in delivering our services.

Palliative care is an approach that improves the quality of life of service users and their families who are facing problems associated with life-threatening illness. We support individuals suffering from the symptoms and stress of serious illnesses such as;  

  • Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease
  • Congestive heart failures
  • Respite care needs
  • Alzheimer’s & Parkinson’s
  • Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS)

Hospital Discharge Care

When you leave a hospital after treatment, you go through a process called hospital discharge. A hospital will discharge you when you no longer need to receive inpatient care and you can go home.

At Edencare Plus, we provide 24 hours, 7 days a week hospital discharge service in your own home to support you with temporary or permanent impairment that you may need in order to resume living independently at home and prevent unnecessary admission in hospitals, nursing homes or residential care homes. We can support you with;

  • Postoperative care

  • Reablement care
  • Monitoring vital signs
  • Assisting physical mobility

Waking / Sleep in Nights
